HI, I’m Daisy
I’ve been practicing and teaching Alexander Technique for over 20 years.
In addition to training as an Alexander Technique teacher I have studied in-depth with exceptional movement educators such as Frank Bach (Conscious Movement), Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen (Body Mind Centering)and Alicia Fajardo at Fajardo Method Movement (Holistic Biomechanics). All these approaches continue to inform my work.
I also work as an on-camera actor and voice actor and specialise in working with performers of all kinds. I am the Alexander Technique coach for the Global Voice Acting Academy.
For actors and non-actors alike, the voice is a powerful tool for integration and self-healing. For those interested in exploring how their voice can help them inhabit their bodies with more joy and range, I offer tools to work with while applying Alexander Technique principles.
I am also a Reiki Master of the Usui/Holy Fire III® World Peace system of healing, certified to teach all levels in-person and online.
I am based in Florence, Italy and Petrolia, California and teach both online and in person.

I also work with sound using tuning forks, a non-invasive vibrational healing modality that integrates beautifully with Alexander work. In November 2026 I will receive certification as an Associate Acutonics® practitioner.
