HI, I’m Daisy

I’ve been practicing and teaching Alexander Technique for over 20 years.

In addition to Alexander Technique I have studied extensively with exceptional movement educators such as Frank Bach (Conscious Movement), Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen (Body Mind Centering)and Alicia Fajardo at Fajardo Method Movement (Holistic Biomechanics). All these approaches inform my work, which continues to evolve.

I also work as an actor and voice actor and specialise in teaching performers of all kinds.

I am based in Florence, Italy and Petrolia, California and teach both online and in person.
